You’re in the right place. Find out more about our history, values, hiring process and more here. here The role As our US PeopleOps Partner, you will be the heart of our US People operations, ensuring our team is productive, engaged, and fully compliant.
You will run the onboarding and offboarding processes, act as the primary point of contact for our US offices, and manage everything from payroll and benefits to employee relations. This is an interim position reporting directly to the Director of People, sitting within a close-knit team of 7.
Based in the NYC commutable area. This is a hybrid role: 2 days per week in office, with potential periodic travel to California and Texas. What you'll do Lifecycle Care — Ensuring a welcoming onboarding journey for new hires and a compassionate, respectful transition for departing team members to foster a lifelong sense of belonging.
Total Rewards Execution — Delivering accurate, timely payroll and benefits through Justworks while quickly resolving team inquiries. People/HR Compliance & Administration — Maintaining meticulous records and transparent US policy documentation aligned with legal guidelines.
Team Guidance & Mediation — Providing thoughtful support and conflict resolution to managers and team members to foster a fair, safe, and positive environment. Employee Lifecycle Collaboration — Partnering with the broader People and Talent team to support everything from learning and development to performance reviews.

Positive Relationship Management — Supporting teams with empathy and connecting with people across all levels of the organization.
Strong Organizational Skills — Managing multiple priorities and keeping various stakeholders aligned and supported. Benefits & Payroll Administration — Managing end-to-end payroll and benefits programs, ideally with experience using Justworks.
Employee Relations Management — Handling conflict resolution, grievances, and policy guidance with care, fairness, and collaboration. HR & Collaboration Tool Proficiency — Maintaining efficient daily operations using Slack, Google Workspace, HiBob, Justworks, and Lattice.
HR Documentation & Administration — Ensuring a high standard of accuracy and care in all record-keeping and general administration. US Employment Law Knowledge — Keeping operations fully compliant and safe regarding US federal and state regulations.
AI Fluency & Automation — Applying AI tools practically, with extra bonus points for building, automating, or embedding them into workflows. Office Management Experience: Prior experience in office management, coordinating facilities, or creating supportive, warm workspace environments is highly valued.

First interview: A 45-minute video call with the Director of People and People Ops Lead to discuss your experience in People Operations Final stage: A practical scenario-based task and discussion focusing on US benefits, payroll, performance management and employee relations with Director of People and Senior People Partner We design this to be a two-way conversation.
