Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist, Biology to support pharmacokinetic (PK) bioanalysis for large molecules and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) across discovery and early development programs. This hands-on, laboratory-based role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing high-throughput bioanalytical methods that generate high-quality, decision-enabling data for research and development teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners and contribute to advancing biologics and ADC programs through innovative bioanalytical solutions. This role is ideal for a scientifically driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership and leadership, and is excited to expand their impact beyond bioanalysis into broader drug discovery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Lead the development, optimization, validation, and implementation of high-throughput bioanalytical methods supporting preclinical pharmacokinetic studies for biologics and ADCs. Design, develop, and execute bioanalytical assays using ligand-binding, immunochemical, and mass spectrometry-based platforms, incorporating laboratory automation where appropriate.

Analyze, interpret, and communicate bioanalytical and pharmacokinetic data using industry-standard software and analytical approaches. Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain analytical instrumentation, including LC-MS/MS systems and ligand-binding assay platforms.

Prepare and present scientific reports, technical documentation, and study summaries to internal stakeholders. Partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Discovery Biology, DMPK, Bioanalytical Sciences, and Translational Research.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance assay performance, and expand bioanalytical capabilities through innovative approaches and technologies. Contribute to broader discovery and development efforts by applying scientific expertise to complex biological questions.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, OR PhD or PharmD with relevant scientific training Preferred Qualifications Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline. 2-5 years of hands-on industry experience in bioanalysis, pharmacokinetics, or related areas.

Strong expertise in ligand-binding assays and bioanalytical methodologies for biologics and ADCs. Hands-on experience with immunoprecipitation, enzymatic digestion, LC-MS/MS, MSD platforms, and other ligand-binding assay technologies. Demonstrated experience processing biological samples and quantifying biologics, small molecules, ADCs, payloads, and metabolites, including biotransformation assessments.

Proficiency in pharmacokinetic data analysis software, including Phoenix WinNonlin or comparable tools. Experience developing, standardizing, and implementing bioanalytical methods in a regulated research environment. Experience with laboratory automation and high-throughput screening platforms.

Familiarity with in vitro assay development and screening technologies. Working knowledge of HTS workflows using 96-, 384-, and 1536-well assay formats. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining high-quality scientific output.
