- Experience managing a team of UX Researchers - Fluency with a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies - Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Social Science or other relevant field
- Graduate degree in relevant field - Familiarity with new research tooling that incorporates natural language, generative AI
