Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Security UI Developer to join our Cyber Security Analytics and Reporting team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web-based user interfaces and analytics platforms that provide actionable cybersecurity insights to technical teams, executives, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines deep software engineering expertise with a strong understanding of cybersecurity data, enabling them to transform complex security information into intuitive and scalable user experiences. This individual will play a key role in developing dashboards, reporting platforms, workflow automation, and data visualization capabilities that support vulnerability management, threat intelligence, security operations, and cyber risk management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop modern, responsive user interfaces for cybersecurity analytics and reporting platforms. Build and maintain reusable front-end components using React and modern UI frameworks. Develop secure backend services and APIs using Python to support cybersecurity applications and data integrations.
Integrate data from vulnerability management, threat intelligence, security operations, cloud, and infrastructure platforms. Design and optimize database structures, queries, and reporting solutions utilizing SQL Server and PostgreSQL. Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Contribute to architecture discussions and technology modernization initiatives. Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices. Required Qualifications Experience 10+ years of overall technology experience in software development, engineering, architecture, or related disciplines. 5+ years of hands-on UI development experience building enterprise web applications.
Experience developing solutions within cybersecurity, technology risk, infrastructure, cloud, or data analytics environments. Technical Skills (Must Have) React Advanced experience building enterprise-scale applications using React. Experience with state management, component architecture, and responsive design.
Python Strong experience developing APIs, services, automation, and data processing solutions. SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL Advanced experience designing databases, optimizing queries, stored procedures, and reporting solutions. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Node.js TypeScript Experience with cybersecurity tools and platforms such as vulnerability management, threat intelligence, SIEM, asset inventory, or risk management solutions.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, QlikView, or similar analytics tools. Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+. The base salary range for this position is $105,000-$148,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
