Position Summary: Supports execution of US Marketing strategy and tactics by developing marketing materials and digital assets , enabling the sales force, and working cross-functionally to drive alignment across product, P2P, sales and global teams.
How you will make an impact: Partner with product managers to develop and deploy marketing and training materials Lead asset approval (Vault), ensuring appropriate and thorough claims substantiation and timely stakeholder alignment Adapt global marketing messages and campaigns to align with US market needs and priorities Support omnichannel marketing efforts that align with product strategy and customer segmentation ( abx , digital ads, etc ) Support sales force effectiveness through training, messaging and internal campaigns Develop technical and clinical knowledge of products and therapies; support and deliver product demonstrations and showcases Experience managing complex projects and competing priorities with the ability to drive structured, cross-functional alignment and execution Monitor inventory and demand of marketing materials to support field Engage with field teams, customers and key stakeholders to gather insights and support product initiatives Collaborate with product teams and ensure alignment of messaging across broader product portfolio Continuously enhance knowledge of current literature and clinical landscape Ability to manage vendors (asset development, materials mgmt., etc.) Ability to travel ~30-40% for customer meetings, conferences, Support introduction of new products in the market Support logistics and organization of relevant internal and external meetings Other incidental duties What you will need (required): Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field, 3 years experience of previous related experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required or Master's Degree or equivalent in related field, 1 Year experience of previous related experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred What else we look for (preferred): Willingness to travel ~30-40% Strong project management and organizational skills Proven expertise in MS Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills Solid knowledge of marketing concepts and principles Proactively gain procedural and product knowledge through all available sources Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast - paced environment Ability to work in a team environment with global marketing team and cross functional partners Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships Solid knowledge and understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics Adhere to all company rules and requirements Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California, the base pay range for this position is $87,000 - $123,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
