- dependencies to ensure on-time execution * System Support (Backup): Serve as a backup administrator for applications such as CMX1, FoodLogiQ
- other operational platforms, ensuring business continuity during coverage gaps or out-of-office periods * Business Requirements Documentation: Partner with technology teams to develop, document
- refine business requirements that drive system enhancements, new capabilities
- process automation * Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal teams, vendors
- cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver results * Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement scalable solutions that improve team productivity and quality outcomes * Reporting & Communication: Provide regular status updates, metrics
- insights to leadership on program health and deliverables
- 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience with supplier management, food safety compliance
- quality assurance systems - Familiarity with platforms such as CMX1, FoodLogiQ
- similar compliance/document management systems - Experience providing system administration or application support - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight - Experience working with third-party vendors to drive deliverables - PMP, PgMP
