You will analyze customer engagement processes, develop sales and service strategies, and offer guidance to help clients enhance their sales effectiveness, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others.
Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.
In this role within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas.
Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can expand your skills and make a tangible impact on client success
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth - Developing and implementing sales and service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue - Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform strategic recommendations - Building and maintaining meaningful client connections to support customer engagement and relationship management - Guiding teams in the execution of customer sales strategies and service initiatives - Leveraging tools and methodologies to generate innovative ideas and solve client challenges - Interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations that align with broader business objectives - Supporting business transformation efforts through effective sales strategy consulting and client prospecting - Coordinating sales operations and planning to optimize market penetration and customer acquisition - Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Excelling in client prospecting and relationship building - Demonstrating analytical thinking and business transformation skills - Utilizing sales strategy and operations planning expertise - Navigating complex customer acquisition and engagement processes - Implementing sales consulting and coordination techniques - Embracing change and intellectual curiosity for growth - Developing customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence Travel Requirements Up to 60% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000.
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
