This role in Amazon Data Services India Private Limited (ADSIPL) Telangana builds infrastructure that hosts AWS cloud services. It delivers AWS cloud infrastructure in a challenging, high growth, fast paced and customer focused work environment. In this role, you will lead cross functional teams to deliver usable data center capacity. You will partner with senior stakeholders to develop, document, manage and deliver infrastructure designs, implementation schedules and budgets. You will earn trust of your partners in your ability to solve complex issues and steer teams in right direction to deliver results, on-time and at-cost. You must be an exceptionally strong communicator (both written and verbal)
possess relevant experience in managing technical and strategic programs. If you bring past experience in data center deployment programs, great. If not, then having a background in program and project management, architecture/design, mechanical/electrical engineering, software/hardware engineering with strong urge to learn will be essential. create history!! Key job responsibilities Infrastructure TPM owns delivery of new DC across one or more availability zones in India. They manage 5+ projects at any time. They bridge internal customers, business functions, (Planning, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Policy, Operations)
functional delivery teams (Construction, Commissioning, Controls, Fiber and Network) to enable on-time and right sized delivery of new DC capacity. The scope begins with early expansion planning
includes a feasibility analysis to approve expansion plans and associated build timelines. They evaluate multiple factors prior to approving a new plan of record, including owned/leased/collocated DC supply, utility delivery (power, water
long lead equipment (LLE) availability. It requires region-wide knowledge and monitoring of in-flight projects, major risks
remediation efforts to ensure DC delivery is not only on track to meet supply commitments but also to meet customer demand
is constantly changing. A successful TPM must be capable of managing a combination of metrics, tools

3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience - Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software) - Experience leading the design, automation, deployment
support of large-scale infrastructure - Knowledge of software development practices and data center/infrastructure/networking technologies
Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds - Experience in construction of data center delivery (design, commissioning and construction), mission critical facilities
