Java Full Stack Developer - Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications across frontend and backend systems.
• Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces using Angular following engineering best practices.
• Develop secure and reliable backend services using Java (Spring Boot).
• Design, implement, and manage RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using relational, NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process
• make evaluative judgement , contribute to technical design discussions, documentation
• continuous process improvements.
• Follow agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups
• retrospectives Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Recommended Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant hands on experience Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications Experience in managing and implementing successful projects Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
