- Lead complex initiatives independently with minimal guidance, working both tactically and strategically across GPO operations at country, regional, and cross-regional levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Transportation, Procurement, Finance, Risk, Business Strategy, Technology
- Engineering to deliver business transformations from initiation through successful implementation
- Create mechanisms and metrics to track performance, measure benefit realization, and drive continuous improvement across the organization
- Analyze complex data using advanced Excel, SQL, and database tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic improvement
- Influence organizational goals by working across multiple stakeholder teams, functions, and leaders, extending influence across teams
- Lead process improvements by proposing network-wide solutions that improve and drive operational excellence best practices
- Provide strategic direction and serve as escalation point for complex challenges, finding paths forward in difficult situations About the team The Global Procurement Organization manages procurement operations across Amazon's diverse business units, driving efficiency, innovation

- Experience in program or project management - Experience in supply chain - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery
