Job Summary: The Scientist, Method Validation is responsible for executing laboratory experiments, supporting method validation activities, and contributing to the development of scientific procedures in a GLP-compliant environment. This role performs laboratory analyses, maintains scientific documentation, and supports project outcomes through accurate and timely reporting of results.

What You'll Be Doing: Perform qualitative and quantitative laboratory procedures in compliance with safety requirements and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) Prepare samples, reagents, and experiments for analytical testing and method validation studies Analyze laboratory data and report results accurately and within established timelines Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation according to SOPs Document laboratory procedures, observations, and results in accordance with customer requirements Support scientific investigations, project activities, and laboratory operations under scientific direction Ensure compliance with established quality standards, laboratory procedures, and safety protocols What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in applied or laboratory sciences with direct laboratory course work required 0-2 years direct laboratory experience required Experience following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role: Strong communication skills with the ability to accurately document and present laboratory findings Ability to understand and follow scientific protocols, policies, and procedures while working independently Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Flexible, forward-thinking, and motivated approach to scientific work Basic computing proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software What We Offer You: We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.

We appreciate your honesty and professionalism. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $46,200.00 - $96,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
