Learn more at Mastercard’s Corporate Sustainability Report. - Develop overall strategic technical plan and create architecture proposals based on identified solution gaps. As recognized subject matter expert, lead planning, design and implementation of technical solutions.

Create solution definition and solution architecture. Assist Management in Business Case Development and Scenario Planning leading to an effective decision making process. - Research on current and upcoming technologies and application appropriate frameworks and provide recommendations to Management.

Perform PoCs (Proof of Concept) and help Department in the selection of Technology. Proactively create and maintain solution and technology road maps Role - Hands-on developer who writes high quality, secure code that is modular, functional and testable. - Lead the design, implementation, and delivery for engineering efforts across a program - Create or introduce, test, and deploy new technology to optimize the service - Drive the architectural design, including dependent services, service interactions, and policies - Enforce the contextual mappings and aggregates for each bounded context.

Drive implementation of consumer driven contracts to allow for evolution and learning of the domain model with hyper speed while meeting our promises to other teams internally and customers alike. - Work with business/product owners to architect and deliver on new services to introduce new products and bundles - Have strong ownership of your team’s software and are deep in the maintenance characteristics, runtime properties and dependencies including hardware, operating system, and build. - Participate and contribute to team’s agile process and decisions.

Understand and contribute to Prioritization. - Communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a global environment. - 8 to 11 years of experience in related field About You - Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures and core computer science concepts. - Evidence of working with object-oriented development and design patterns. - Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Spring boot, JPA, Hibernate, React, Angular, Python, Golang, Oracle etc. - Proficiency with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, serverless technology, NoSQL databases), micro-service design, CI/CD, DevOps - Experience designing scalable fault tolerant platforms that are resilient to infrastructure failures - Strong written and verbal English communications skills. - Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills. - Experience working in an Agile environment. - Experience with XP, TDD and BDD in the software development processes Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
