Work Flexibility: Field-based What you will do: Plan and execute end-to-end Mako clinical demonstrations to ensure successful procedural outcomes Conduct Mako saw bone demonstrations for surgeons Maintain monthly follow-ups on lead progress check Working jointly with the MET sales team to understand customer needs, develop customized technical solutions, and provide product demonstrations.

Provide the sales team with product knowledge and technical expertise. Conduct Cadaver lab for surgeon certifications Represent Mako at industry events, national/regional trade shows. Conduct Mako workshops and live surgeries at conferences What you need: Bachelor’s degree required 2 to 4 years of work experience required Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines Travel Percentage: 60%
