- Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing original films and television series for a global audience. Amazon MGM Studios produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video. We are hiring a Media Coordinator to join our growing Amazon MGM Studios Theatrical Media team. The role will assist in executing media plans, managing workflow
- building effective presentations. Successful candidates will have media planning and investment experience, can stay nimble in a rapidly evolving environment
- are eager to grow and learn. Key job responsibilities - Support film campaign development, from broader strategy objectives to detailed plan execution. - Maintain media summaries for internal teams, executives
- filmmakers. - Manage IOs and invoicing. - Assist in development of deck presentations. - Organize deadlines and key dates into comprehensive calendars and docs to provide guidance to various marketing teams. - Maintain accuracy in all plan development by cross referencing updated info and docs. - Assist in managing creative rotation strategy by tracking creative pipeline for linear and digital assets. - Assist senior team across all disciplines.
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
