A day in the life About the Role This is a high-impact, 0-to-1 role where you will be instrumental in shaping the creator supply foundation for AAC's Brand x Creator business. You will work at the intersection of the creator economy and advertising, building the supply engine that enables brands to discover, collaborate with

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience - 7+ years of selling cost-per-click advertising (search engine marketing) experience - Experience building customer relationships - 10+ years experience working within the creator/influencer marketing industry, with demonstrated depth in creator ecosystem dynamics. - Strong existing network and relationships across the creator economy — including talent agencies, MCNs, creator platforms
  • independent creators. - Proven track record of building and scaling creator or talent supply for a marketplace, platform
  • brand collaboration business. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications
