Your Impact The Director of Supply Chain Fulfillment leads fulfillment operations strategies that strengthen Lowe's end-to-end supply chain. This role directs a team responsible for improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and productivity by addressing process, technology, and service pain points.
The Director drives enterprise strategic initiatives by developing and executing roadmaps that deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes. Core responsibilities include advancing process design, automation, and continuous improvement; building cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain and Store Support Center partners; and ensuring seamless execution through clear communication, playbooks, and operational reporting.
The Director also serves as a key escalation point for supply chain leadership and field operations, ensuring fulfillment execution meets enterprise objectives. What You Will Do Lead development and execution of fulfillment strategies that improve service, efficiency, and financial performance.
Direct multiple work streams, balancing customer needs, cost, and resource allocation, while removing obstacles to ensure success. Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams through recruitment, coaching, and career growth opportunities.
Leverage analytics and reporting to identify trends, track performance, and drive continuous improvement, automation, and simplification. Foster strong cross-functional partnerships across Supply Chain, SSC, and key business units to accelerate program execution and remove barriers.
Oversee adoption of core supply chain processes across fulfillment, including order management, delivery, inventory, returns, and reporting. Ensure fulfillment policies, procedures, and playbooks are accurate, compliant, and consistent across the enterprise.
Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for supply chain fulfillment on enterprise programs and initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field required or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable 10+ years of progressive experience in retail, field operations management, supply chain, process improvement, or project management. 8+ years of functional leadership experience driving operational execution, strategic initiatives, and organizational change. 8+ years of proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and deliver results in a complex, fast-paced environment. 8+ years of strong strategic planning, decision-making, and change leadership skills.
Expertise in process improvement, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Advanced knowledge of supply chain systems, order management, inventory control, and fulfillment operations. Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
