- We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to manage and scale our banking partnerships, flight distribution channels
- gift voucher business. This role combines account management, campaign execution, operational excellence

Responsibilities and Core Competencies: · Account Management: Own and manage relationships with external partners, drive performance against agreed KPIs, negotiate commercials to maximise ROI, optimise service SLAs

- recommend data-driven corrective actions to ensure ixigo’s propositions/offers remain competitive or market-leading. · Gift Card Vertical: Own and lead the ixigo Gift Card distribution business with end-to-end P&L responsibility. Drive revenue growth, expand distribution partnerships, optimize margins
- scale the category through strategic initiatives and operational excellence · Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Finance, Product
- Tech teams to drive process automation, resolve operational bottlenecks
- ensure seamless execution of campaigns and partner deliverables. · Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing workflows, design and implement scalable processes

- Master’s degree in Business Management / Sales & Marketing preferably from a reputed B-School 4-6 years of experience in business development, alliances partnerships
- account management, with a strong track record of stakeholder management and revenue growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives. Proven experience in account management, partnership and P&L responsibility. Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data analysis, performance reporting budgeting
