Operational Leadership Partner with Product, and delivery teams to deliver on your teams roadmaps. Remove organizational blockers and maintain clear communication of priorities. These interpersonal/Soft skills are critical for success: Foster a strong culture of collaboration for your teams.
Build strong relationships with leaders and teams of other functional areas. (Product, GTM (Sales), Operations (Delivery), Data Management, Product Operations , etc.. Practice and promote open communication. Communication & Influence Translate complex technical concepts into business language.
Inspire confidence and motivate teams through clear, empathetic communication. Adaptability & Growth Mindset Embrace change and lead teams through uncertainty. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Pref 7 years Software Quality Assurance experience in web development, advertising technologies or related area.
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Extensive knowledge of software development processes Considerable knowledge of software quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem solving, risk analysis and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional training capabilities.
- Effective organization, communication, team orientation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently with initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients..

- The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,600.00 - $246,600.00.
- The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
