ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Provide shift‑level leadership by assisting in prioritizing breakdowns, PMs, and maintenance activities across the plant. Assign PMs, routine tasks, and small projects as needed to support workflow efficiency. Support mechanics through coaching, troubleshooting guidance, and identification of training needs.

Coordinate work with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, HVAC, and automated equipment.

Troubleshoot equipment issues using root‑cause analysis and assist with commissioning, testing, and verification of new or modified equipment. Conduct PM audits to verify compliance with maintenance standards and identify improvement opportunities.

Ensure environmental monitoring systems (pressure, temperature, particle counters) are functioning correctly. Follow and enforce OSHA, EHS, ISO, and company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, PPE use, chemical handling, and hazard‑communication requirements.

Ensure all maintenance tasks adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. Promote safe work practices and ensure hazards are identified and addressed promptly.
