  • Scope: The Senior Program Manager, RME SC Mile Partner, INOps leads all strategic requirements across Amazon India's Sort Center network, encompassing 20 SCs across 12 cities and delivering across the length and breadth of the country. The role oversees nine critical verticals: Safety, Cost, New Technology Initiatives, Reliability Engineering, Base Building Management, Asset Performance Management (APM), Sustainability, Skill Development and Business Analytics across a diverse portfolio of building formats including small, medium, large and Extra Large SC. The role drives transformative initiatives including SC Championships, a technician and Blue Badge skill enhancement and assessment program. The role runs MBRs with Mile Ops Directors and all stakeholder function leaders, maintains strategic connects with HR Leaders and Ops on Voice of Associates to foster a better work environment, manages OP1/OP2 workflows, Blue Badge headcount planning

Internally, the role coordinates with Ops Directors, HR Leaders, WHS, Procurement, Finance, Solution Engineering, Real Estate, Environment teams

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent - 7+ years of program or project management experience - Experience delivering cross functional projects - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience in cost/benefit analysis of project proposals
