As an Automation Architect, you’ll drive the adoption of automation across our operations, bridging technical innovation with operational needs. You’ll architect solutions that scale content moderation, mitigate abuse

Key job responsibilities * Orchestration Leadership: Champion the integration of AI/automation tools (e.g., Generative AI, intelligent workflows) into Trust & Safety operations. Translate technical possibilities into actionable strategies for operational teams. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Product
  • Legal teams to design solutions that balance speed, accuracy
  • compliance. * End-to-End Solution Design: Own the architecture of AI-driven systems for content moderation, risk detection
  • policy enforcement. Move from prototype to production at Amazon scale. * Operational Enablement: Drive the rollout of new tools, providing training, feedback loops
  • iterative improvements to ensure adoption and value delivery. * Strategic Narrative Development: Create compelling technical narratives (BRDs, PRFAQs, white papers) that align with business outcomes (e.g., reduced moderation latency, improved accuracy). A day in the life You start by reviewing emerging abuse patterns in Prime Video’s global platform. You collaborate with a Engineering and Data Science teams to design an Agentic Solutions that flags policy-violating content in real time. By midday, you’re leading a workshop with Trust & Safety analysts to demo the tool, addressing their concerns about false positives. Later, you partner with Engineering to prioritize features for the next sprint, ensuring the solution scales during high-traffic events. By day’s end, you update stakeholders on metrics—like a 20% reduction in moderation workload—and refine the roadmap for upcoming compliance challenges.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience
  • AWS Professional level certification - Experience leading and collaborating with a large cross-functional team - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
  • Experience in an operational role
