- a related field. 10+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Integration, AI

- complex strategic programs. Experience delivering enterprise data platforms, integration ecosystems, analytics solutions
- AI initiatives. Knowledge of modern cloud data, analytics, AI
- integration technologies. Experience in MedTech, Healthcare, Life Sciences
- other regulated industries. Strong track record of building strategic partnerships and influencing senior leaders. Proven ability to drive business transformation through data and analytics. Strong communication, organizational leadership, financial management
- stakeholder management skills. Master's Degree or leadership-focused certifications preferred. PR) locations (USD):$156,800.00 - $235,200.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
