ASSOCIATE TECH ENGINEERING (NIGHT SHIFT) What you will do Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will support the performance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems and equipment that power the production of life-changing therapies.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support automated systems, vision system, automatic equipment, and mechanical equipment, demonstrating a strong understanding of how they interconnect and function. Use systems like MAXIMO to manage tasks, maintenance activities, and equipment logistics efficiently.

Assist in equipment installation, updates, and maintenance alongside vendors and internal teams. Follow cGMPs, SOPs, and safety protocols rigorously, ensuring accurate and timely documentation aligned with ALCOA+ principles. Troubleshoot equipment issues using SOPs, technical manuals, and internal resources, escalating when needed.

Participate in maintenance and repair activities, identifying and documenting solutions for recurring problems. Monitor equipment performance and analyze basic data to identify trends and potential issues. Prioritize tasks based on business impact and due dates, using tracking systems and clear communication with customers.

Collaborate with peers, mechanics, and operators to support shared goals and provide on-demand technical assistance. Seek opportunities to learn and apply new technical knowledge, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives on the floor.

Ability to create clear and effective technical guides for troubleshooting and for interacting with automated systems. What we expect of you We are all different! Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Or Associate’s degree and 4 years of Manufacturing Support, Technical Operations
  • Engineering Support experience Or High school diploma / GED and 6 years of Manufacturing Support, Technical Operations
  • Engineering Support experience Preferred Qualifications: Educational background in Life Science and/or Engineering Knowledge execution Preventive Maintenance of Automation System and Mechanical System.
  • Knowledge of the operation Automatic Inspection Machine (Bosch/Seydenader and EISAI).
  • Knowledge in deep learning, Vision system and PLC.
  • Technical skills to repair mechanical or electronic equipment.
  • Maximo (CMMS) knowledge Technical knowledge in the following systems: Siemens, Allan Bradley, Cognex, and Systech.
  • Flexibility to support non-standard shift operations Proficiency in English and Spanish language (verbal and written) Leadership and teambuilding Comprehensive understanding of validation protocol requirements.
