- The New Verticals Partner Integrations team develops innovative technological solutions to help merchants seamlessly expand their operations, including our platform for first-party grocery and convenience delivery. As DoorDash scales its integrated delivery offerings, we are seeking individuals to define best-in-class integrations for our new warehousing product, DashMart Fulfillment Services

- DoorDash is seeking a high-energy Technical Account Manager to own the success and shape the integration platform offering for Merchants adopting our new products. In this role, you will dive into the lowest level of technical detail, solve intricate data-flow challenges

- You will own the success of new and existing integrations driving initiatives across product, engineering, and operations teams
- You will learn multiple technical platforms, analyze messy data sets, and identify gaps
- You will guide our Merchants to help them understand how to integrate with DoorDash and work with them to improve their data quality
- You will partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis, merchant insights, and the definition of new processes

- Be a Subject Matter Expert for DoorDash’s integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support .
- Define gaps in our system and recommend solutions to evolve our tech offering
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with our Merchant’s needs

- Operational
- Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes
- Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships
- Experience in project and/or program management
- Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
- Experience working in warehousing or supply chain implementation is a plus
- Technical
- 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks
- Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
- General
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Compensation
- The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location
- market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
- In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week
- about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week
- about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
- The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
