Position Summary The Senior Advisor, Product Personalization & Experience Strategy plays a critical role within Care Solutions in shaping how personalized, relevant, and integrated experiences are delivered across Evernorth’s comprehensive benefits navigation solution.
This role is accountable for defining streamlined personalization strategy, leading product strategy across workstreams, and ensuring alignment between enterprise digital assets, healthcare programs, and the intended member experience. This individual operates with high autonomy, partners deeply with technical and product leaders, and directly engages with sophisticated clients to establish vision, align on priorities, and negotiate feasible commitments that the organization can confidently deliver.
Key Responsibilities Lead personalization strategy and innovation across the member experience, ensuring individualized recommendations remain relevant, timely, and behaviorally impactful. Define and evolve recommendation logic, supporting processes, governance, and innovation strategies to drive outsized member engagement outcomes.
Drive seamless alignment and integration of enterprise digital assets and healthcare programs into a cohesive benefits navigation experience. Own end-to-end clarity of outcomes, timelines, and priorities—balancing urgency with feasibility and focusing on value delivered over outputs produced.
Partner closely with technical leads to ensure workstreams are coordinated, dependencies are surfaced early, and experience intent is preserved through delivery. Serve as a strategic advisor by identifying risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities that materially impact experience and client value.
Engage directly with large and sophisticated clients to establish shared vision, shape requirements, and negotiate commitments the organization can realistically deliver. Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in product management, digital experience, or experience strategy roles.
Proven experience interacting with large, complex private or government clients to shape and negotiate optimal user experiences Proven experience designing and operationalizing personalization strategies within complex digital or healthcare ecosystems.
Data proficiency and technical comfort level with establishing parameters for data collection, retention, manifestation within a user experience, freshness of data, and data security Direct experience engaging senior client stakeholders to set vision, manage expectations, and negotiate feasible deliverables.
Strong execution orientation with the ability to drive momentum across multiple, interdependent workstreams. Experience partnering with engineering and technical leaders to translate experience intent into delivered solutions. Ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments.
Preferred Experience Experience within healthcare, benefits navigation, or enterprise-scale digital platforms. Familiarity with recommendation systems, behavioral engagement models, or experience analytics used to individualize digital experiences.
Quality engineering, production operations, or incident management experience demonstrating responsiveness and efficiency in the ongoing operation of the product. Background working across multiple business units or enterprise platforms. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
