- Now, about this opportunity… We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member in the migration and uplift of our Azure landscape and infrastructure as code capability. You will work closely with senior engineers to design, implement and optimise cloud solutions, troubleshoot complex issues
- ensure the scalability, security and performance of cloud environments. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, has strong opinions on cloud engineering best practices
- can confidently articulate design decisions and trade-offs in a collaborative environment. If that excites you, this just might be your dream job: Work with stakeholders to design and deliver cloud solutions that meet evolving business requirements Provide support for cloud infrastructure and applications in production Continuously improve levels of automation, infrastructure as code and self-service in cloud platforms Contribute to modern CI/CD and GitOps practices across our cloud environments Work in a fast-paced environment where ownership mindsets are encouraged Work with a broader team to uplift our cloud platforms, tooling and engineering standards Participate in cloud architecture and solution design discussions, providing recommendations and balancing trade-offs Be an advocate for Judo in the broader engineering community (meetups etc.)
- You’ll likely bring: Strong hands-on technical problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues across Azure and AWS environments Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices across Azure and AWS services Experience designing and implementing cloud solutions, with an understanding of architectural trade-offs and cloud engineering best practices Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows and cloud automation tooling The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and provide a great experience to stakeholders across an organisation 4+ years' experience working with Azure, AWS and Terraform in production environments Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups in an enterprise environment Experience working with vendors If you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply – your experience, mindset and potential matter to us.
