Key job responsibilities The Global Logistics Exports Supply Chain Design is looking for a strong candidate for the role of Program Manager. In this role, the successful candidate will understand Amazon’s Cross Border Transportation Network, design and manage integrating 3P carriers into the Amazon network. A successful candidate will engage multiple cross-functional teams, convert business needs into technical requirements, design the supply chain, influence project prioritization
  • manage end-to-end carrier deployment projects. In this role, the individual is expected to adopt the supply chain design and engage carrier partners and internal tech, non-tech
  • operational teams to gather requirements, scope
  • execute the project. The individual will execute the project plan to accomplish key milestones and deliver the project within specific timelines. Responsibilities include: - End-to-end project ownership - Following best practices for carrier onboarding/deployment -launching and ramping the supply chain solution - Monitoring performance through metrics - Communicating project status updates to leadership - Stabilizing operations - Transitioning the program to operations. This role does not require the ability to write technical code, however, communicating with technical teams will be critical. Ability to write and manage a detailed project plan, drive implementation of the plan

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery
