Job Summary Lowe’s Commerce Solutions is building a Unified Commerce Platform that enables retailers globally to deliver seamless customer experiences across stores, digital channels, and fulfillment ecosystems. The Lead Product Manager will own key product capabilities within the Unified Commerce Platform and will be responsible for translating retailer needs into scalable enterprise-grade solutions.
The role requires a strong understanding of retail business processes, customer journeys, store operations, digital commerce, and enterprise software platforms. This role will own complex product domains, influence platform strategy, work directly with enterprise retailers, and guide engineering teams in building differentiated solutions that create measurable business value.
This person will play a critical role in shaping LCS’s commercial product strategy and ensuring the platform addresses real-world retailer challenges. Core Responsibilities: Product Vision & Platform Strategy y Own product vision and roadmap for strategic domains within the Unified Commerce Platform.
Define differentiated capabilities that position LCS as a leading retail technology platform provider. Drive platform decisions considering scalability, configurability, extensibility, and retailer adoption. Customer & Market Leadership Partner with retail customers, prospects, sales teams, and industry stakeholders to identify market opportunities.
Translate retailer challenges into repeatable platform capabilities. Build strong understanding of competitive commerce platforms and market trends. Product Portfolio Ownership Manage multiple product capabilities across the commerce ecosystem.
Prioritize investments based on customer value, business impact, market opportunity, and technical feasibility. Define platform metrics including adoption, usage, revenue impact, and customer outcomes. Product Team Leadership Mentor Product Managers and build product management excellence.
Establish product discovery, roadmap planning, and execution practices. Drive collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams. Years of Experience 8-11 years of product management experience. Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) BTech or MTech Skill Set Required Strong understanding of retail operating models and customer journeys.
Experience managing products used by enterprise customers. Ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders. Experience launching products into external markets. Note: This role is with Lowe’s Blue Technology Private Limited.
