  • scale their most demanding compute-intensive workflows on AWS infrastructure. You will lead the WW go-to-market strategy for HPC Energy workloads, working directly with customers to understand their computational infrastructure needs, demonstrate the value of AWS cloud and help them transition from on-premises HPC to AWS. We work backwards from our customers' most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include BD specialists and technical solutions architects, providing expertise to customers. Within WWSO, the HPC team is part of the Compute & Advanced Computing Specialist team that focuses on architectures and solutions to orchestrate and scale the most demanding compute-constrained customer workloads and use cases, with particular emphasis on energy workloads.   • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of experience with High Performance Computing (HPC). - Experience in Energy/ Oil & Gas industry and understanding of seismic processing, reservoir simulation, drilling optimization
