- digital assets. The team partners closely with Category, Merchandising, Tech, Vendors

- operational excellence. Job Summary The Content Execution Manager is responsible for leading a team of 12+ associates focused on item enrichment, PDP digital content, product attribution, digital assets
- strategic content initiatives that directly impact online sales performance. This role owns Lowes item enrichment while driving high-impact growth programs that improve Revenue Per Visit (RPV), Add to Cart (ATC), Average Order Value (AOV)
- Conversion Rate (CVR). The Manager will oversee ticket-based supporting technical issues relating to PDP content, attribution updates, digital asset requests
- item lifecycle changes, ensuring strong throughput, SLA adherence
- timely issue resolution across vendor and internal stakeholder requests. The position also requires fundamental technical knowledge with a clear understanding of backend content ecosystems, CMS applications, Bifrost
- end-to-end upstream/downstream data flows supporting item setup, enrichment, publishing
- go-live readiness. The Manager will partner closely with Product, Tech, Merchandising
- Category teams to resolve system gaps, improve workflows
- scale content operations through process and technology enhancements. Roles & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong people management skills; lead a team of 12+ associates including performance reviews
- Manage team performance, productivity, and workload allocation to ensure SLA adherence
- Mentor and coach team members through regular, effective discussions to drive performance and engagement
- Own and drive programs to improve content scores across digital assets and attribution for New and Existing items online
- Deliver measurable improvements in AOV, CVR, and ATC through optimized product content strategies with initiatives such as NIA, Tier1 Support , Sample Acquisitions, Category Reviews and Refreshes.
- Lead initiatives creating positive business impact through enrichment excellence
- Drive Revenue Per Visit (RPV) through strategic content enhancements and attribution improvements for Priority brands.
- Analyze audit findings and translate insights into category-level action plans
- Partner with Merchandising and Category teams to improve PDP positioning, product discoverability, and conversion performance
- Recommend content strategies based on data trends, quality gaps, and competitive opportunities
- Lead content readiness for Tier-1 promotional and seasonal events ; Execute audit, analysis, and remediation plans for high-visibility promoted items.
- Partner with Category, Merchandising, Product, Tech, Vendors, and Analytics teams
- Communicate business risks, progress, opportunities, and action plans to senior leadership
- Influence decisions through data-backed recommendations and insights
- Oversee ticket-based workflows related to PDP digital content, including product attribution and digital assets
- Monitor throughput and ensure timely resolution of issues across vendor and internal stakeholder requests
- Strong understanding of end-to-end data flow across upstream and downstream systems supporting product content lifecycle management
- Working knowledge of backend content ecosystems, system dependencies, and data handshakes across platforms
- Experience with CMS applications and content management frameworks used for digital product content execution
- Functional knowledge of Bifrost and related internal systems supporting item setup, enrichment, and content publishing workflows
- Ability to identify system gaps, troubleshoot content flow issues, and partner with Tech teams for resolution
- Understanding of how data transformations, integrations, and publishing workflows impact PDP readiness and customer experience
- Act as the primary escalation point for vendors and internal stakeholders
- Manage communication between suppliers and merchants as it pertains to product information and item lifecycle
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution of workflows
- Collaborate with offshore teams to align on priorities and deliverables
- Monitor quality metrics and drive initiatives to improve accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify opportunities to improve processing time and operational efficiency
- Provide thought leadership on minimum viable product attribution to enable better buying decisions
- Establish, maintain, and communicate performance metrics to provide visibility to leadership
- Publish monthly dashboards covering key operational and quality metrics Years of Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in eCommerce and 4+years with people leadership experience managing competing priorities leading teams in large complex organizations- problem-solving, quantitative & qualitative roles. Education Qualification & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems Primary Skills (must have)
