- PhD in economics or equivalent
- Experience in analytics and applied economics - Experience in building statistical models using R, Python, STATA
- a related software - Experience in applied economic analysis and with big data and machine learning or data science - Experience building and growing teams of economists or machine learning scientists - 5+ years of people management experience - Experience with big data technologies such as AWS, Hadoop, Spark, Pig, Hive etc. - Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java
