  • emerging AI architectures. We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead our most impactful cross-team programs. You will define strategy for multi-quarter initiatives, drive technical alignment across distributed systems
  • partner closely with engineering, product
  • science leaders to deliver outcomes that matter for advertisers. You will work directly with Director and VP-level stakeholders and have meaningful ownership over what gets built and how it ships. The right person for this role brings strong technical depth, thrives in ambiguity

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 7+ years of technical product or program management experience - 5+ years of software development experience - Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
