Job Description & Summary PwC is seeking a Director – AI & Generative AI to lead the design and delivery of next-generation AI solutions that drive enterprise transformation. This role will be pivotal in shaping and scaling Generative AI, advanced analytics, and AI-led platforms across global clients, with a strong focus on value realization, responsible AI, and industrialized deployment.

The individual will bring a balanced mix of deep technical expertise, consulting mindset, and delivery leadership , enabling organizations to unlock business value through AI-driven innovation. Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP/QM solutions.

Configure and support SAP PP processes including Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Production Execution. Configure and support SAP QM processes including Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Audit Management, and Quality Control.

Design and deliver end-to-end manufacturing and quality management solutions aligned with business requirements. Prepare functional specifications, support developments, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, EWM, PM, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.

Conduct workshops, stakeholder discussions, user training, and provide production support. Contribute to solution design, project delivery, process improvements, and client engagement activities. Mandatory skill sets: Strong experience in SAP PP and/or QM configuration and business processes.

Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of MRP, Production Planning, Shop Floor Control, Production Execution, Quality Inspection, and Quality Notifications. Experience integrating PP/QM with MM, SD, PM, EWM, and FI/CO modules.

Experience in implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects. Ability to prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and project documentation. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred skill sets: SAP S/4HANA and Fiori exposure. Experience in discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing environments. Experience in global rollouts and digital transformation programs. SAP certification is an added advantage. Consulting and client-facing experience preferred.
