The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ML engineering, MLOps, feature engineering, predictive analytics, GenAI, and cloud-native data platforms. This role will work closely with Data Engineering, Finance, Analytics, and Architecture teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities including forecasting, anomaly detection, intelligent automation, semantic intelligence, and executive decision-support solutions.
What you will do Designs and defines the technical architecture and infrastructure required for digital solutions. Writes code, develops software components, and implements complex functionalities according to project requirements. Collaborates with other members of the development team and stakeholders to make high-level architectural decisions, proposes design patterns, and ensures scalability, performance, and maintainability of digital solutions.
Leverages advanced programming skills to design and implement complex features, optimize performance, and ensure code efficiency. Integrates various software components or systems, ensuring seamless communication and interoperability between different parts of the digital solution.
Writes and executes comprehensive test cases, conducts code reviews, performs debugging, and troubleshoots issues to ensure the reliability, stability, and high quality of digital solutions. Participates in agile or other development methodologies, attends meetings, contributes to project planning, and helps drive the progress and success of digital projects.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards. Support data governance, lineage, auditability, and compliance. Implement secure and scalable AI deployment patterns. Participate in architecture reviews and design workshops. Build predictive analytics and intelligent automation capabilities.
Develop GenAI and NLP-based solutions for business insights. Engineer reusable feature stores and feature pipelines. Develop AI-ready semantic datasets. Partner with Data Engineers and Architects to optimize data consumption. Build scalable feature engineering frameworks.
Enable AI-powered analytics and reporting capabilities. For this role you will need Minimum Requirements 5+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering. 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing ML solutions on GCP.
Experience deploying ML models into production environments. Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments. AI/ML Technologies TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-Learn XGBoost Time-Series Forecasting NLP & LLM Frameworks Feature Engineering Model Optimization Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance data.
Experience supporting FP&A, forecasting, and financial analytics. Knowledge of enterprise semantic models and KPI engineering. Experience building AI-enabled executive reporting platforms. Familiarity with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks.
Education Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $101,970.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
