What You Bring A track record of delivering results in dynamic environments—minimum three years of related experience, with at least one year leading projects.

Financial Services or Management Consulting experience is a plus. Consulting mindset and a passion for driving change. Certifications like PMP, Prosci, or Agile are highly valued. Experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, etc.) is a strong advantage.
