Who we are looking for We are looking for an experienced Officer to support PMO governance and data analytics across the Banking & Payments function. The role will focus on driving structured project execution, performance tracking, business insights, automation opportunities, and data-led decision-making to strengthen operational efficiency, service quality, and risk management.
The individual should also be aware of how cash operation works, including processing and settlements of cash transactions, reporting of cash to client and sweep/repo. Experience in interacting with client and counterparties will be advantage.

What you will be responsible for As Officer you will Lead PMO governance routines including project tracking, milestone reporting, RAID logs, action item management, and stakeholder follow-ups.
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and management reports covering key metrics, trends, risks, productivity, capacity, and operational performance. Analyze large datasets to identify themes, root causes, exceptions, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
Partner with operations, technology, risk, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into measurable project plans and analytical outputs. Support automation and transformation initiatives through data preparation, process mapping, benefit tracking, and post-implementation performance monitoring.
Prepare executive-ready updates, business reviews, and governance materials with clear insights, actions, owners, and due dates. Monitor delivery against agreed timelines, escalate risks or delays, and drive closure of open items through structured follow-up.
Promote a strong data quality, risk, and control mindset by ensuring reporting accuracy, consistency, documentation, and audit readiness. Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making What we value Strong PMO discipline with experience in project governance, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to convert complex data into concise insights and actionable recommendations. Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Python, or similar data analytics and visualization tools.
Ability to prepare executive-level reporting packs, dashboards, scorecards, and presentation materials. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across operations, technology, risk, and leadership teams. Strong ownership, attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and focus on timely execution.
Continuous improvement mindset with proven ability to support automation, transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives. Education & Preferred Qualifications · Graduation & Post graduation · 8 -12 years of relevant experience · Financial markets certifications.
