Job Posting Title: Coordinator, DTC Content Operations, EMEA - 6 Month FTC Req ID: 10147157 Job Description: About the Role & Team Working in a dedicated team, the role is responsible assisting the team in the delivery of high quality, value-for-money TV, and Feature materials to Disney’s Direct to Consumer platforms, primarily Disney Plus.
Working across D+ content including D+ EMEA Originals, EMEA Acquisitions and new language launch, t o aid the team with administration requirements across the workflows . S trong communication , operation al skills and the ability to multi-task , manage high volume and remain calm under pressure is essential.
This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day. What You Will Do Asset Preparation Responsibilities. Raise accurate and timely orders to commission the creation and delivery of audio, video, art & metadata, for specific titles across multiple languages, recognising unique requirements for each while ensuring creative consistency and cost control.
Work with third-party v endors to agree delivery schedules . Track the completion of projects using reporting tools. Work with third part y licensors / Postproduction companies to track the timely delivery of content into Disney to required technical specification.
Update and maintain records to reflect current delivery status of materials and specifications. Ensure stakeholders and business partners are kept fully informed of any issues that might impact material delivery timelines. Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure that localised assets are ordered and production schedules meet agreed delivery timelines .
Research Disney inventory systems to establish available elements and request asset movements as required . Action QC failures, r ejections and recall notifications and update/replace materials as required . Management of workflow and tasks to be undertaken within agreed SLA timelines.
Other General Activities Attend and con tribute to Team, vendor meeting s, and applicable stakeholder meetings. Work effectively with departmental colleagues and cross-functionally with other members of studio operations. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties.
Maintain a strong awareness of technical developments in the digital media space. Adhere to defined agreed business processes, taking opportunities to improve. Drive to continually develop knowledge of the product slate, media types and the territories, including customers & market dynamics. .
Participate in systems testing and contribute suggestions for workflow and systems improvement. Provide holiday and sickness cover for colleagues under the ‘Buddy’ scheme. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience in TV or Non-Linear Distribution/ Post Production required .
Experience of h igh and ultra-high-definition technology, new media and electronic file delivery an advantage. Experience of Mastering QC analysis and corrective recommendations an advantage P roject management skills and experience essential Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Slack, Smartsheet, Airtable .
