As a Finance Manager at Woot!, an Amazon subsidiary, you will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights that guide business decisions across all organizational levels. You'll lead strategic initiatives, standardize planning processes
- establish the right controls to enable sound financial decisions, working closely with the Woot leadership team. This position offers exceptional visibility with leadership and provides meaningful influence in the decision-making process. You'll translate complex financial data into actionable business insights while partnering with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and optimize resource allocation. Your analytical expertise will directly impact operational excellence and drive continuous improvement across our financial processes. - processes across teams. - Communicate finance topics to Woot and Amazon stakeholders with the right level of detail both verbally and in writing, enabling informed decision-making while effectively challenging assumptions when necessary. - Establish strong partnerships with Amazon Accounting and Finance teams A day in the life Your day begins with reviewing key financial metrics and preparing for a meeting with business stakeholders to discuss operational performance and planning needs. Throughout the day, you'll work on deep-dive analyses to address specific business questions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on financial reporting standards

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field - 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience - 5+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience - 5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience - 5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis
- recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements
- customer benefits) experience - Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting
- data interpretation of results
