You Have: Experience interacting with technical and non-technical audiences at varying levels Experience leading highly technical teams Ability to coordinate and drive outcomes across various cross-functional teams, such as science, sof tware, hardware, and systems engineering Ability to architect under ambiguity, own the outcome alongside engineers, and communicate decisions clearly to both technical teams and senior non-technical stakeholders Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, develop real hands-on mastery, and lead engineers through full implementation with confidence TS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a STEM field such as Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics Nice If You Have: Experience with requirements analysis Experience in a technical lead or principal role where you were accountable for both the architecture and whether it actually got delivered Experience supporting DoD installations or integrating with mission or C2 systems across NIPR, SIPR, or coalition networks, including where the technical environment was inherited, undocumented, or both Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills Master’s degree in Information Technology, Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
