- Senior Supply Planner - SAP IBP Description - Job Summary At HP, we create technology that inspires ambitious minds. In SC Planning, we are responsible for balancing demand and supply to ensure product availability and operational efficiency across HP’s global network. Our core activities are Supply Planning and the creation of a Master Production Schedule (MPS) . We use advanced planning tools such as SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to align inventory, capacity, production, and logistics distribution. As a result, we coordinate flows between manufacturing sites/vendors and distribution centers, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective operations with optimal inventory. Our business segment is Large Format Hardware and Accessories, part of the Printing business in HP with broad portfolio of SKUs to manage. Responsibilities Own and execute the monthly supply planning cycle in SAP IBP. Generate and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS). Convert the demand plan into a feasible supply plan
- incorporate demand changes (deals, sales overperformance, or plan adjustments). Balance demand, inventory targets, and capacity constraints, following flexibility guidelines. Education & Experience Recommended Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or business administration. High interest in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Power BI knowledge is a plus. International exposure is highly valued. Automation skills and/or previous AI experience are a plus. Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Disclaimer
