As a Executive Director, Global Marketing – HIV & Emerging Viruses , at Gilead you will act as a highly strategic, enterprise leadership responsible for shaping and executing the global commercial strategy for HIV and emerging virus therapies. Enterprise Portfolio & Strategy Leadership Partner with the R&D Therapeutic Area Head to define and evolve a long-term global HIV strategy, positioning Gilead as a leader in innovative therapies Identify unmet medical needs and future market opportunities using market research, analytics
  • competitive intelligence Evaluate and prioritize internal pipeline and external partnership / acquisition opportunities 2. Development-to-Commercial Integration Serve as the commercial voice on cross-functional development teams, shaping clinical strategy, target indications

Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
