What is the focus of the role? As the Digital Media & Marketing Manager 9-Month Fixed Term Contract for the Boost Mobile business. You will own digital performance end‑to‑end, driving acquisition, revenue and brand impact through disciplined media execution, strong social and partnership strategies, and relentless optimisation grounded in data, insight and commercial accountability.

Working with the Head of Marketing, the role translates business strategy into multi‑channel campaigns to drive customer engagement, pipeline and revenue growth. Key Accountabilities Develop and execute integrated digital media strategies aligned to business goals, product launches, and performance targets. Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across search, social, display, and other online channels.

Identify new digital opportunities to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and channel performance. Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver effective, on-brand campaigns and creative assets. Lead the social media strategy across organic and paid channels to grow engagement and brand presence.

Oversee social content planning, publishing cadence, and creative ideation, including ambassadors and talent. Ensure social content reflects a consistent brand voice and embeds product messaging in an audience-led way. Track, analyse, and optimise campaign and social performance to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.

Evaluate and optimise the value of brand sponsorships and digital media by leading the end-to-end management of creative and media assets, with a continuous focus on improving performance and efficiency. Deliver regular reporting and post-campaign analysis, turning performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Own media budget management, including planning, forecasting, invoicing, reconciliations, and spend tracking. Maintain marketing technology and measurement frameworks, including GA4 tracking, event tagging, and data layers. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a cohesive brand narrative across channels.

Use customer, market, and competitor insights to inform strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure all campaigns and marketing activity align with brand guidelines, policies, and business processes. About you To be successful in the role, you must have: Essentials Strong experience in digital media and marketing , ideally in agency or client-side environments.

Broad knowledge of digital and programmatic channels , with the ability to manage campaigns across multiple platforms. Proficiency in marketing analytics and tracking tools , including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other campaign measurement platforms.

Strong commercial acumen , including budget management and interpreting ROI and performance metrics. Experience in social media, content strategy, and campaign execution , with the ability to brief creative effectively. Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills , with strong communication and collaboration capabilities.

Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team . It’s highly encouraged to include your CV to support your application.
