We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead program management across our AI and Analytics teams supporting across R2L's end-to-end network including Supply Chain, Operations, Delivery, Operational Excellence

  • measuring success through AI proficiency. Key job responsibilities - Own the prioritization framework for incoming requests across multiple R2L tech teams, balancing business impact, resource constraints
  • strategic alignment across verticals (Delivery, Opx, Supply Chain, DC, QC, Grocery FC, Rush, Quick Commerce)
  • drive quarterly/annual planning cycles aligning tech team capacity with business roadmaps and OP commitments - Drive standardization of program management practices across technical teams comprising business intelligence engineers, data engineers
  • technical program managers, establishing product development lifecycle standards, quality control mechanisms
  • project intake/estimation/tracking processes - Translate the AI enablement vision into executable roadmaps, designing programs that transform employees into AI-capable problem solvers through scalable playbooks, role-based pathways (AI Explorer, Practitioner, Champion)
  • an AI Champions network that fosters a culture of AI-first thinking - Develop and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance analytics workflows, automate reporting processes

  • 8+ years of program or project Management experience - Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship - Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects - 5+ years of people management experience, including managing managers or leading large cross-functional teams - Experience with AI/ML technologies and demonstrated understanding of generative AI capabilities and limitations - Strong proficiency with data analysis, business case development, metrics development
  • ROI modeling - Experience driving standardization and operational excellence across technical teams (BI engineers, data engineers, TPMs)
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Master's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent
