Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Serves as an accomplished communications leader and individual contributor responsible for developing high-impact executive communications, including internal communications, change and crisis communications, external remarks, speeches, and other focused messaging.

Provides deep expertise in a high-demand specialty area, along with enterprise-level strategic counsel that supports senior leadership priorities. Advances and protects Truist’s reputation and brand while helping promote and reinforce the company’s culture. *****Position is office centric and is in office 5 days per week***** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.

Executive Messaging: Translate complex business strategies into clear, compelling narratives. Outreach : Develop stories and initiatives for external audiences that align with strategy and objectives.

Storytelling: Create memorable stories that connect strategy to purpose and culture. Messaging: Develop consistent themes, proof points, and key messages across channels that will be tailored for different audiences. Speechwriting: Write remarks, social media posts, video scripts, earnings-related communications, and major-event speeches in the CEO's authentic voice.

Strategic initiatives: Produce enterprise-level or cross-functional communications strategies in high-skill specialty areas with large-scale impact. Leadership counsel: Provide direct strategic guidance for the CEO and executive leadership team.

Stakeholder relationships: Build alignment across high-impact stakeholders. Event staffing and support: Travel as needed to support executive speaking engagements. Reputation: Provide crisis and reputation communications support. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Experience influencing and advising executive leaders and leading major initiatives, demonstrating a track record of positive results. 3.

Demonstrated business and/or financial services industry acumen 4. Proven experience in leading and creating internal/external communications strategy. 5. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 6. Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, influence others, meet tight deadlines, and manage risk. 7.

Experience managing agencies and vendors. 8. Experience using data and analytics to drive decisions 9. Proficient in digital platforms, AI tools, and basic media formats
