Stakeholder collaboration: Work with Calvert investment professionals, ESG research analysts, legal, compliance, operations, sales, marketing, RFP and other internal partners to support engagement, proxy voting, reporting and client-related deliverables.

Reporting and communications: Develop presentations, case studies, stewardship reports, board materials, thought leadership pieces and other content that communicates engagement and proxy voting trends, activity and outcomes to internal and external audiences.

Market and process intelligence: Monitor stewardship, corporate governance, regulatory and market developments and contribute to process improvements, data quality and workflow efficiency across the engagement and proxy voting program. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise and persuasive materials for internal and external audiences. High attention to detail and sound judgment, including comfort working with sensitive information, procedures, controls and deadlines.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively and follow through on deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative working style and strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across investment, research, stewardship, legal, compliance, operations and client-facing teams.
