Your Impact The Director, Global Sales for Lowe's Commerce Solutions will be accountable for driving worldwide revenue growth, leading enterprise customer acquisition, expanding strategic accounts, and executing go-to-market strategies across the Americas, ANZ, and APAC regions.
This role is responsible for building and scaling regional sales organizations, strengthening market presence, and positioning Lowe's Commerce Solutions as a trusted partner in commerce technology and retail transformation on a global scale.
The Director of Global Sales oversees enterprise sales strategy and execution across designated international markets, customer segments, and key accounts. This role focuses on accelerating revenue growth through disciplined go-to-market execution, deep customer engagement, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
The Director leads a high-performing sales team, cultivates executive-level relationships, and ensures consistent delivery against bookings, pipeline development, annual recurring revenue (ARR), and overall sales targets. What You Will Do Lead sales strategy and execution across assigned global markets, customer segments, and strategic accounts to deliver revenue growth and business expansion.
Own performance against bookings, pipeline, annual recurring revenue, and revenue targets within assigned scope. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that improve customer acquisition, account expansion, and market penetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including CXOs and other executive decision-makers.
Lead complex negotiations involving pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and strategic deal structures to support profitable growth. Drive sales operating discipline through regular pipeline reviews, accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and CRM rigor.
Lead a team in support of achieving the company’s mission. Manage performance and foster an inclusive environment to help associates achieve their potential. Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Pre-Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams to ensure a coordinated and effective go-to-market model.
Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive insights, and growth opportunities to inform sales priorities and commercial strategy. Represent the organization in customer engagements, executive forums, and industry events to strengthen market credibility and brand presence.
