Let's talk about the role As a Program Manager within the Digital Consumer organization, you will play a key role in coordinating the successful delivery of software programs and initiatives across cross-functional teams.
You will partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, UX Designers, Quality Engineers, and other stakeholders to help plan, execute, and deliver digital products that support our strategic objectives. You will facilitate program execution by managing schedules, coordinating dependencies, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring stakeholders remain aligned throughout the software development lifecycle.
This role requires exceptional organization, communication, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment. Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, enabling teams to deliver effectively, and continuously improving program execution practices.
Responsibilities Coordinate multiple cross-functional software development initiatives from planning through delivery. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Quality, and other business stakeholders to align priorities and execution plans.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines. Identify , track, and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and cross-team dependencies. Support Agile ceremonies and program-level planning activities, including release planning, sprint planning, and program reviews as appropriate .
Monitor program progress and communicate status, accomplishments, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders. Help teams identify process improvements that increase delivery efficiency, predictability, and quality. Drive release readiness activities and coordinate successful product launches.
Collaborate across geographically distributed teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team environment. Ensure programs are executed in accordance with company quality and compliance processes where applicable.
Let's talk about you Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business , Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, or related roles supporting software or digital product development.
Experience working with Agile software development teams and methodologies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive execution. Familiarity with software development lifecycles and digital product delivery. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Plans, Confluence, Product Discovery) to drive Agile project management.
Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, mobile application, or digital product development. Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience working in healthcare technology, digital health, medical devices, or other regulated industries.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At Resmed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $143,000 - $179,000 USD.
