**must be a contractor in good standing with The Cigna Group to be considered** Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Strategy Own and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities Translate business strategy into features, epics, and user stories Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on outcomes Drive customer-centric decision making and value delivery Backlog & Delivery Management Own and maintain a well-groomed, prioritized backlog Write definition-of-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization activities Ensure incremental, iterative delivery of MVPs and product features Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate closely with: Business partners and clients Engineering and architecture teams QA and release management Act as the voice of the customer and ensure requirements reflect real user needs Facilitate sprint reviews, demos, and stakeholder feedback loops Agile Leadership & Execution Provide servant leadership to agile teams Drive agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, demos, retrospectives) Remove blockers and escalate issues when needed Improve team performance through metrics and data-driven insights Technical Alignment & Quality Partner with engineering to: Incorporate architectural guidance and technical constraints Ensure scalability, performance, and security requirements Own definition of done and acceptance validation Support testing strategy, defect triage, and production support processes Product Health & Metrics Define and monitor product health KPIs Quality metrics (defects, stability) Delivery metrics (velocity, throughput) Business outcomes Ensure regulatory, compliance, and security expectations are met Cross-Team & Program Coordination Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and TPOs Align features with program-level goals and enterprise roadmaps Manage release planning, communications, and documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field ~5+ years experience in: Product Ownership / Product Management Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) Experience managing technical products and engineering-driven solutions Strong understanding of: APIs, microservices, cloud platforms SDLC and CI/CD practices Key Skills & Competencies Strong business + technical acumen Excellent stakeholder communication and influence Agile mindset with focus on continuous improvement Ability to manage ambiguity and complex dependencies Data-driven decision making and prioritization If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
