  • Role Summary:
  • The Role
  • We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Partnerships Executive to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role at the heart of Bondsmith’s business, supporting and developing relationships with our banking and distribution partners.
  • You’ll work closely with our Client and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication with partners, manage onboarding processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our relationship management approach.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast alongside an experienced group of professionals, build a personal network of financial institutions
  • grow and develop their skills within a rapidly scaling fintech.
  • We’re looking for candidates with around 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing, operations, or partnerships role, ideally within financial services or technology

Requirements

  • What we expect of you
  • Develop strong relationships to better understand the needs and expectations of our partners and help align Bondsmith’s deliverables with their goals.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with our banking and distributor partners, driving the agenda, shaping discussions, and ensuring every action lands.
  • Own and mange the day-to-day communication with partners, managing requests, queries, and ensuring the smooth running of the platform.
  • Identify new banks, building societies, and credit unions to originate new leads.
  • Manage and take responsibility for the onboarding of new banking partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records across all partnerships and relationships.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of relationship management processes and strategies.
  • Represent Bondsmith at conferences and industry events, including occasional travel to meet partners.
