Key job responsibilities - Partner with Amazon Business Sales and Partner teams as a finance business partner, providing analytical support to drive profitable topline growth across customer segments - Support growth initiatives by building financial models that quantify opportunity size, investment requirements
- expected returns for new programs and sales motions - Conduct financial analysis of large customer initiatives including deal structuring, pricing scenarios
- ROI evaluation of - Support Financial Planning and Analysis cycle including topline and P&L planning, guidance revisions, monthly financial reviews
- variance analysis - Build and automate reporting and metrics that enable business teams to track performance against goals and surface actionable insights. Use AI to automate and streamline processes. - Engage with cross-functional partners across Amazon Business Sales, FP&A, Go-To-Market Operations

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- Bachelor's degree - 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience - 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
